Mail-In Instructions
- Please fill out the online form. An automated Email will then be
sent to us. - Carefully pack your Scissors, Shears, or knives in bubble wrap or packing material to protect them.
- Place them and your on-line form Into a USPS Priority Flat Rate Box. This box is Free at your local post office. If you cannot print out the form please put your name and phone number inside the box. You will get a tracking number from the USPS.
- Send your tools to: Bee Sharp, LLC at 32 Teepee Lane, New Ringgold PA , 17960
- Once your items are received I will contact you via email to let you know and ask any further questions I may have.
- Your tools will be Priority Mailed back to you for FREE (Free is for ONLY Salon, Barber, &Grooming scissors). You will receive a tracking number via email. We will have your scissors/knives shipped out in 48 hours.
Important:
Remember to wrap your tools in bubble wrap or some safe packaging. You are responsible for insuring and shipping costs to me. I will ship back your tools with care and shipping is Free for All salon type scissors! Knives and other tools will have some shipping expense.
The invoice will be emailed to you after I receive the scissors/knives. Any sales tax will be added at this time. Thank you for your business and remember why be dull when you can Bee Sharp!

If it should take longer due to an issue you will be contacted immediately! Your scissors or knives will be treated with care as if they were my own and also will be insured! Note we also can send back using UPS if deemed necessary!

3. We Sharpen Your Knives Or Scissors In 48 Hours
We will examine each of your instruments individually when we receive them and identify the proper Japanese-style sharpening method that is needed. This procedure guarantees that the blade integrity is maintained while your instruments keep their sharpness.
We recognize how important it is to have your tools back as soon as possible. We place a high value on quick turnaround, making sure that your tools are sharpened and returned to you within 48 hours of being received.
4. Safe Packaging & Return
After the tools are sharpened, we package them carefully and return them to the location you provided. We go to considerable lengths to make sure that the tools you receive are in the same state as when they were supplied (except sharp of course).
